BACKROUND ABOUT ME 🤗 I’m a licensed Cosmetologist, Braider and Loctician. Originally from San Diego, California and found a love for hair before I was allowed to hold scissors. I have been doing hair since I was 14 years young and have been licensed for 6 years. I myself am a 3x cancer survivor, so trust me when I say, I have created a judgment free setting for all clients to feel comfortable while being serviced. ⬇️⬇️⬇️ I have a service dog 🐕🦺(Her name is Sweet Pea, she’s a puppy) who comes to work with me a few days throughout the week. If you have an allergy or fear of dogs let me know so we can coordinate a day when she’s not with me. Skill set wise, I am well versed in many things from curly haircuts, color, braids, loc maintenance, perms, keratin treatments etc. I welcome all texture(s) and density(s) of hair and specialize in curly/coily texture. As a curly queen myself I understand the struggles you face. (All textures welcome) ALL LOVE & STRICTLY BUSINESS 🧳 🚨BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE READ MY POLICYS /TERMS.🚨 ☑️Children are welcome as long as they are the one being serviced or have another person 14+ is present to watch them if you’re getting serviced. ☑️Service Animals Welcome🤗 I bring mine sometimes ☑️ALL SERVICES REQUIRE a CARD 💳to be on File. (Day of you may use a different form of payment. i.e. Apple Pay, Venmo, Cash, or a different card then the one on file.) ☑️DEPOSITS (SELECT services require a deposit, NOT ALL) -Deposits are included in total price, Not on top of. - If you have already paid a deposit it will transfer for ONE reschedule. Second plus reschedule you will need to pay a new deposit, no excuses. -If Deposits are not made prior to appointment, appointment will be cancelled. -ALL DEPOSITS ARE FINAL & NON-REFUNDABLE. ☑️All PAYMENTS/TRANSACTIONS are FINAL Late ⏰: Like college if your 15min late no class, no service. You will need to reschedule for a new day. It’s not fair to impede on another clients service time. (Communication is key with me. Let me know prior to your appointment if you’re running late, not after your service is in session. At that point you are considered a No Call No Show after 15 minutes. No call No shows are charged 100% of service. ) 💢CANCELLATION POLICY.💢 -No Call, No Show: 100% of service will be charged! (NON REFUNDABLE) - Cancel within 24hrs: 50% of service will be charged (NONREFUNDABLE) - I’m aware life is chaotic… random unexpected situations occur. Please reach out the moment you realize you can’t make your appointment. The sooner I know the better I can assist. You made it this far perfect! CANCELLATION POLICY
50% non refundable cancellation fee will be charged for same day cancellations who have communicated prior to appointment within 24 hr window. 100% non refundable cancellation fee will be charged ti no call, no shows. Please contact me a minimum of 48 hours prior to appointment to cancel and or reschedule.
